Posts display on page load vertically before being hidden

When the page first loads, the blog posts will be stacked vertically and then realigned and hidden so that the animation works. Is there a way to fix this and set perhaps the ID of each div object to display:none until it loads fully and is then set to proper visibility?
In addition, is there a vertical stack option similar to the multi-post horizontal view?
@Andrew: The issue is with the preloader, I have fixed this issue by adding the following
preloader

Sometimes it’s all stack up and even I refresh it it still stacks
