I have essentially the same question as the person who post the comment in the above link.
Is there a way that I can have several different types of posts in the same slider?
I have “pages”, “products”, and “categories”; and I would like to be able to put some of each in my slider.
Is that possible?
We already have plan to add this at next version. You may wait few days or you can hard code the feature by editing plugin file.

Would also love the capability to select from multiple post types.
Also on the wishlist is select from custom taxonomy (hierarchical and non).
Would be great to know when/if an update is planned?
Thank you!Hi. Was this update ever implemented? When I tried to choose a query parameter, I could only choose post OR page, but not both. I could edit the plugin file to include both posts and pages in the query, but then I wouldn’t be able to update without changing it again in the future. Am I missing something, or is there a way to override the plugin query outside of the plugin? Any help would be appreciated.
