how to create an slider like Example 5 ?

The example 5 is what I need to create bbut with title and little description of post any help ?
If you still need some help try following things-
- From ‘slider’ sections select ‘Ticker’ as Slider type.
- From ‘Title & Excerpt’ select no for ‘Exclude excerpt’ option if you want to show some description.
and you may need to adjust some other options to make it exact like example 5. You don’t need to add CSS or other code, its possible with the available options.
