    Hi guys,

    Really like the plugin. It seems like exactly what I need.

    Unfortunately, I’m running into a weird error.

    When I first created a slider, it was displaying bullets (which is what I need).

    Then I changed some options (turned off the next/previous post buttons). Since then, no matter what I do, I don’t see bullets; I see numbers. Even if I change the option to ‘bullets’ I still see numbers below the slider.

    I’ve deactivated, deleted and reinstalled but it seems that options are saved when the plugin is deleted.

    How can I get rid of saved options and do a proper ‘fresh’ install?

    Hopefully then I can get around this problem.

    Hi Sam, first you can provide a screenshot of your used option set and the page URL where you implement the slider. We will try to figure out if you miss something.

    Or if you want to try a fresh installation then you need to delete the database table named like ‘_advps_optionset’ and ‘_advps_thumbnail’.

    Thanks Digonto. That was a quick response!

    I’ll try a fresh install first. Sorry, but could you explain exactly where to find and delete those database table entries? Is it in a .php file?
